Hey Derek… I realize that I’m writing this comment nearly 3 years after you posted the article and YouTube video – but honestly, I couldn’t pass your blog by without giving my own take on the AMC Mainstreet Theater.

As someone who hails from LA where we’re supposed to have the ‘biggest and bestest’ of everything – including theaters – I gotta tell ya, AMC Mainstreet TOTALLY RULES!!!

I was in KC last year and got to see “Paranormal Activity 2″ from the comfort of one of those “rumble seats”. OMG! OMG! OMG! That was truly ’something else!’ I n-e-a-r-l-y d-i-e-d o-f f-r-i-g-h-t!!!

The sound effects in that theater are just amazing. In fact, the whole experience was amazing. I am short-sighted and really appreciated the fact that I coudl ring up from my hotel room and book a specific seat – right in the center of the theater itself.

Love your video by the way – you did that well

Amazing post! Very informative. I visited the link to the hotel menu and it looks great and exciting. Besides the dishes are really mouth watering. Will definitely keep in mind on the very next tour to Kansas city.
